By downloading or using NeuralLab AI ("the App"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Description of Service

NeuralLab AI provides tools for content generation, image analysis, forensics, and workflow automation (including Google Workspace integration).

2. User Accounts

To access premium "Workspace Hub" features, you must sign in with a Google Account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

3. Prohibited Use

You agree NOT to use the App for:

• Generating misleading or harmful content.
• Violating any local or international laws regarding privacy or intellectual property.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer or disrupt the App's infrastructure.

4. Google Workspace Sync

By enabling Google Sheets or Docs sync, you authorize NeuralLab AI to interact with your Google Account as described in our Privacy Policy. You remain the sole owner of any data saved to your Google account.

5. Intellectual Property

The App's branding, UI design, and original algorithms are the property of NeuralLab AI. All content generated by YOU using the App is owned by you, subject to the terms of the underlying AI service providers.

6. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any data loss, API service interruptions from third parties (Google, Firebase, etc.), or inaccuracies in AI-generated content.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
